Interview with Bubble Pi
Ivy Lin is a short and friendly woman who always has a big smile on her face. The store she owns, Bubble Pi Baking Arts, is located on 2218 Murray Avenue. On nice days, she often leaves the front door open so that passing pedestrians are enticed in by the delicious smells wafting out the door. Inside the cozy space, Ivy offers a wide array of goodies, ranging from French cookies to Taiwanese pastries to dim sum buns. Big Straw decided to interview her to find out more about her... and to discover the secrets behind her delicious pastries!
Ivy is originally from Taiwan. She moved to Pittsburgh twenty-one years ago with her family. About ten years ago, Ivy started becoming interested in baking. It started out as a hobby, but Ivy liked it so much that she opened up Bubble Pi several years ago. F.....
